We are recruiting world class technologists in what is a broad, complex, ever-evolving business domain, where speed-to-market of technology solutions is often the driver of technology spend and decision-making.

The credit business has been expanding rapidly with volumes expecting to grow several folds during 2010. This growth has led to a significant increase in the number of technology projects required to industrialise the end to end credit platform, automate business processes and streamline workflow between the business functions.

The successful delivery of this large program requires a senior technology leader responsible for the end to end definition, planning, design and implementation of the credit technology strategy, liaising with the credit end-users from business requirement definition to implementation and testing.

Role and Responsibilities

* Senior technology team leader reporting to the Wealth Management platform CTO

* Overall definition and oversight of the credit strategy

* Relationship management with all business stakeholders

* Management and recruitment of a strong team of technologists across multiple locations

* Delivery of quality end to end solutions for expanding credit business


Requirements

Desirable Skills & Experience

* 12+ years experience as a senior technology leader with strong attention to detail

* Strong experience working in a financial environment, preferably with credit background

* Extensive technical background including application development

* Excellent communication skills with senior business stakeholders

* Strong leadership experience with hands on approach

· Solid proven track record in complex large scale program management

· Previous experience in leading and managing both through execution capabilities and influence
